Mmmm! This is what happens when I go visit mom. We even made us some homemade butter to eat on the just-out-of-oven bread. Thanks Sharon for the bread recipe!

"....those that dispitfully use you."

I had to take two cats to the vet this week. For gunshot wounds.  There is a 24 yr. old person that lives on disability-don't work-does drugs and who knows what else. He is so dumb that he told the neighbour that he bought a gun and he was going to start shooting cats!  I didn't know this till today . After I came home from the vets office today I called the sheriffs dept. and asked them if some one would be able to come out. They sent someone out and I talked to him, gave him the address of the trailer down the row from us. He went down to talk to them and the dad didn't know of anybody by that name living there!!!  His son went out the back door I'm sure, because we saw him later.  The vet gave me the piece of metal he got out of the first cat, the second wasn't so good. It passed through the knuckle on this front leg and the vet the best he could to clean it but you can't put back something that isn't there, so....  I feel sorry for the little guy, he didn't do anything to deserve that :((((
You sure don't feel like praying for those that spitefully use you-how do you pray for them, through gritted teeth???

Here you go  Mom,  just in case you forgot. A picture is worth a thousand words!  Oh so  scrumptious, warm and sinful!!  I had a wonderful  time making them with you, and we should do it again, what do you think? :)
Sharon have you made any bread lately?  I have about 4 gl. bags of wheat flour and I guess I need to make something with it. Do you have a good recipe for whole wheat bread?  Or you Mom all white flour bread isn't good for you and some recipes that are whole wheat you can't even tell it.  Remember these mom ? We made it the same time you, Sarah Beth, and myself made your granny's apple dumplings.

Here is a picture I took of all the smaller machines in the other building. As you can see no room for another machine.
The shop cat enjoys running around in the evenings out on the shop floor-following me around. It is much quieter in the evenings so she comes out of the office. I took her over to the  new building, but she didn't like that one at all.
This is what the machine does. I took this one on a smaller one. It takes a solid piece of metal and a programer takes a 3-D computer program and writes a series of stops, starts and paths to follow in a certin order. An assortment of cutters, bits and drills come down out of the top part you see there. So the metal don't get too hot from friction and gald, a fluid mixture of water and oil combine and spray on the cutters at all times to keep them cool. Parts depending on the program and what is being run on the machine can take as little at 10 seconds per part or up to 6 hours. I have had both. We do a lot of military parts for ships, tanks, and weapons.  Toyota auto plant in different states, are another big customer of ours. I hope that answers some questions. Yes Ruth the other building (new one) is big, and lonley place to be at night. It is still under construction so it wont be that way for long.
And Sharon, yes someone asked me at the store, today what was the matter with my voice so I guess I still sound funny.
The new machine was bought just for REAL BIG jobs that we get. Two of the other machines would fit in the new one. I'm glad I'm not running it, it would also make REALLY BIG mistakes too! If you tell it to zig when it should zag look out!!! They call it 'crashing the machine' because that is what it sounds like-a car crash.
Sorry so long, hope its not too boring, but that is what I do here.

New Machine

Here is the new machine (all the way from California,) in the new building. It was my job to clean it out last night. It is sprayed with a thick grease for shipping  so it wont rust. That WD-40 is the only thing that will penetrate it, so I sprayed at least 4 cans in there to get everything wiped down. Probably not the best thing to breath, I tried not to
:(  Maybe that's why I'm talking funny today.
It is so tall that I can stand up in it and still have lots of head space, I think it is about 30 feet long. No room in the old building where I work so they had to build on just for that machine.  I took the cat over there with me last night for company, but she was a 'scardy cat' and I had to take her back-silly thing!

Fishing

Here  is another kind of fishing. This is the office kitty  looking for fresh dinner!
Sorry I'm still  new, here is the photo that was suppose to be attached to the post.

Help

Oh to see water again, and the birds on the docks!  The lake has been frozen since sometime in December. I see the neighborhood cats out on the ice playing around all the time ,crazy cats.  The neighbour lady said one of there cats fell through the ice and came dragging his frozen self in the house.  Nine lives..
My help question is, how do I see anybody else's blogs I am the only one on my blog, it is a little lonely.
I finally figured it out. Now I can go to bed good night! 1:45 am
