Little BabiesToo!
Here are the new additions to the chicken house ( in a couple months of course). Dustin and I cheated a little we didn't hatch these out but bought them at the farm store. I guess you have to start somewhere right? Thanks to Ruth and Terry that had just the perfect wooden crate in their shop to house the little peeps. It is very sturdy and will keep the cats at bay. We have it in the living room till it is warm outside and they are old enough to go outdoors. Dustin made an extra strong lid to go over the crate that no cat could get into, and that includes me too! A little overkill but at least we can sleep at night knowing the nocturnal felines can't bother them, except maybe the evil eye! They are so funny to watch, and laught at their antics, better than T.V. !

LOL Roger and Lyn have young chickens now also. They got their babies back in the fall.

Oh thank you Jeanie, someone gave me there daughters 4-H rooster and hen so they are friendly and will eat out of your hand.
